I can't believe we finally made it to Spring Break! We headed south and spent a few days in Lake Havasu with Joan and Bob. The kids enjoyed celebrating Easter there, swimming in Grandma's pool and checking out all the birds and animals out at Grandpa's.

We tried out some great restaurants while there, too.
Down by the London Bridge.
We went out to the lake and watched Bob fly his planes. The kids even got to try flying some of them. The kids loved collecting rocks and shells on the beach and playing on the trees by the lake.
Out at Site 6. There was a beautiful sunset the last day we were in town. The desert is so pretty in the evening.
The kids collecting again: Sydney picking flowers and Collin picking up every cool rock he could find. Our van was loaded down with their treasures on the way home.
We can't wait to go back to visit!

I'm glad you were able to visit with Bob and Joan. Isn't fun how the kids can be entertained by the smallest of things...picking up rocks and seashells.
we are so happy that you got to go to Arizona. Sorry you had to come back to cold weather. We are so glad the kids got to spend time with their other grandparents. They will have wonderful memories of this trip.
