We sailed from San Juan, PR in January during one of the busiest weeks of the year: San Sebastian. This street festival had pretty much shut down all the streets to our pier. The few that were open were extremely congested. After sitting in our taxi for half an hour and not going anywhere, we decided to walk the mile with our luggage in tow.
