One late night, the kids weren't tired so we took them to the ship's bathrobe party. Collin was selected to be our team capitain (red team) so we spent the next two hours dancing and singing and doing the congo line all over the ship. People on our team danced with Collin, gave him high-fives, hoisted him on their shoulders, pretty much made him feel like a celebrity. Our team ended up winning the competition and Collin got a trophy. He was so proud! The blue team capitain also got a trophy which she decided to give Sydney. For the rest of the cruise, people we didn't know would come up to the kids and say "Hi Collin and Sydney".

I am so happy to see you've updated your blog. I check everyones blog's most days that I work, and so I love when there are new things to see and read. It looks like you guys had so much fun. Some day Nicole and I want to go on a cruise with you're family. Doesn't dad really look like a retired person now. Not old, just content, relaxed, and genuinly happy. Your kids are so cute and it sounds like they are going to remember this trip for a long time. I'll call you guys some time to say hi. We love and miss you all. Mike, Nicole and family.
What was I thinking when I didn't book this trip with you guys. Okay, I am totally in for next year. Let me know when you start selecting your next cruise!
You all look like you had a great time and I love to hear that people were so good to Collin and Sydney and not annoyed that someone brought their kids on the cruise.
Man, seeing those pictures makes me want to be right back on the ship again. Your family went all out to participate in the activities, that is why I think the kids will always have great memories of this trip. We are so glad we went with you. It sounds like the whole family are on board for the next cruise, but I think we all need to save up money, maybe Febuary 2010? Or 2011? Knowing you two, you will probably throw one in before that.
What an awsome time that must have been! I'm sure that must have been the best vacation ever, full of experiences and cultures that you guys will never forget.
Collin and Sydney are sure growing up. They are lucky to have parents that are adventurous and out going. I don't know if I could do the dancing and be as involved as Jay and Natalie were on the cruise. I wish I could, it sounds like that was the best part.
By the way, Sydney has one unique hat on. It looks warm.
Hey Nat!! I just found your blog on accident. I was reading my brother Ryan's blog, and saw Mike left a comment, and then clicked on his blog and found your blog. Anyway, it made my day to read your blog and catch up on your family! Your little girl Sydney looks exactly like you as a little girl. Have you been told that? Your cruise looks so fun. That's so awesome how all your family keeps blogs. Anyway, keep in touch!
