Our Fourth of July this year was somewhat uneventful. Since fireworks aren't allowed anywhere near where we live we decided to try something new this year and go see the firework display at Thanksgiving Point. We went with Donna and John and enjoyed a nice dinner in the park and the fireworks too - everything until it came time to leave. It took us forty minutes just to get out of the parking lot! We still had a great time.

We had lots of fun at Thanksgiving Point.....if we do it again we'll have to figure out how we can get out quicker. Thanks for inviting us.
I'm glad you had a nice 4th. It was weird not seeing you guys at all. The boys certainly missed your two kids. We will have to get together for the 24th!...and a few times before then. :)
